The total numbe rof inventories is,


\begin{gathered} T=25+14+18+12+19 \\ T=88 \end{gathered}

Since 25% of the total inventory's available for rental, the number of tools that can be rented is,


\begin{gathered} N=(25)/(100)* T \\ N=(25)/(100)*88 \\ N=22 \end{gathered}

Therefore, 22 tools can be rented.
