tickets numbered 1 - 30.......greater then 20, less then 30 = (21 - 29) = 9 tickets......9/30

tickets numbered 21 - 48...greater then 20 or less then 30 = (21 - 29) = 9 tickets.....9/28

9/30 * 9/28 = 81/840 = 27/280
