-3x^2(6x^2 + 2x - 3) = -18x^4 - 6x^3 + 9x^2

we have

-3x^(2) (6x^(2)+2x-3)

solve the multiplication

-3x^(2) (6x^(2)+2x-3)=(-3x^(2)*6x^(2))-(3x^(2)*2x)+(3x^(2)*3)\\=-18x^(4) -6x^(3)+9x^(2)

therefore

the answer is

-18x^(4) -6x^(3)+9x^(2)
