b-i think b is the point where the equation meets the x-axis, but i'm not sure about that... its been awhile since i learned
using the equation y=-1.5x, all you have to do is multiply x by -1.5, so if x=1 then y would equal -1.5 so there would be a point at (1, -1.5). if x=2, then y=-3 and there would be a point at (2, -3) and so on...
