these are my choices for this question.
A. The solution does not include any of the points on the line.
B. The solution includes all the points on the line.
C. The solution includes only the points on the line.
D. The solution includes some, but not all of the points on the line

the dashed line means you don't include any points on the line... and is represented by the inequalities > or < hope it helps
