I think the graph B (Second from the left) represents the growth of the plant because the day he got it was 2cm high and it starts at 2cm. Also, like you said, it grows 0.5 cm a day.

The graph that represents the growth of the plant is the second graph where the line starts at 2 rather than 0. This is because the plant is already 2 cm tall when Theo got that plant. The graph also increases by 0.5 cm each day matching the rate he measured.
