The slope-intercept form: y = mx + b

m - a slope
b - y-intercept

8x - 3y = 10 |subtract 8x from both sides

-3y = -8x + 10 |divide both sides by (-3)

y = 8/3 x - 10/3

Answer:
The slope: m = 8/3
The y-intercept: b = -10/3
