If a Garner has 27 pansies and 36 daisies and he plants an equal number of each for type of flower in each row what is the greatest possible number of pansies in each row

I believe the correct answer is 9.

27 and 36 both go evenly into nine, but nothing more.
27 / 9 is 3. 36 / 9 is 4.
