Answer - C
Nonvascular plants do not consist of xylem and phloem and they have their own mechanism of action for transport of water and other nutrients to their cells.

The correct answer is C, as all vascular plants
have xylem and phloem and this includes flowering vascular plants, non-flowering vascular plants and sedless vascular plants.
