As i hope your arm heals quickly,i hope your sense of humor heals even faster.

Is as the correct word. plz answer asap

Yes it is when you refer to present tense you use as

You can say: Just as I hope your arm heals quickly, I hope your sense of humor heals even faster. Or: I hope your arm heals quickly, and I hope your sense of humor heals even faster. (this way you can take out the issue altogether)

However, I don't think that just using "as" would be correct.....
