The difference between Chile's population and the Andean nations is that Chile has few Indians.

In Chile, indians constitute one of the smaller populations of the Indian diaspora. The large majority of them of Sindhi descent. A few Indians migarted to Chile in the 1920s. Later on, more Indians went there about 30 years ago from India, Hong Kong, Spain, Ivory Coast, Indonesia, Nigeria, Panama, the Philippines and Singapore.
