It is given that the line passes through the points (2,1) and (8,4) so the equation by two point form is given by:

\begin{gathered} (y-1)/(x-2)=(4-1)/(8-2) \\ (y-1)/(x-2)=(3)/(6)=(1)/(2) \\ 2y-2=x-2 \\ 2y=x \\ y=(x)/(2) \end{gathered}

Here y is the height and x is the width.

The value of the constant is 1/2 or 0.5.

Option C is correct.
