2x + 4y = 8
-2x -2x
4y = 8 - 2x
4
y = 2/1 - 1/2x
* plung in y*
2x + 4 (2/1 - 1/2x) = 8
2x + 8 - 2x = 2
(2x - 2x = x cancle out)
8 = 2
