Susan shakes a bottle of oil and vinegar salad dressing, then sets it on the table. After a while, the oil rises to the top and the vinegar settles on the bottom of the bottle. Why does this happen?

That happens because in oil and vinegar have a certain density weight.
-An object will float if it is less dense than the liquid it is placed in.
-An object will sink if it is more dense than the liquid it is placed in.
