Force = mass·acceleration, so to get the acceleration you just divide F by m and that will give you your answer in m/s². (2,050,000 N)/(40,000 kg) = acceleration in m/s² (because remember Newtons are (kg·m)/s²)

F = m * a
a = F / m = 2.050.000 N / 40.000 kg ( 1 N = 1 kgm/s² )
a = 51.25 m/s²
