the one that describe a neutral atom of oxygen would be : D. 8 protons, 8 neutrons, and 8 electrons
In periodic table, oxygen has a mass number of 16 and 8 electrons
In order to get neutrons, we just need to subtract 16 with 8 , and we get 8 neutrons
