What can you conclede about the freezing point of ocean water

Ocean water contains salt, therefore it freezes at a lower temperature than pure water. The salt concentration decides the temperature of freezing point; if there was a high salt concentration, it would take longer for the ocean water to freeze over than if it had a low salt concentration
