you are correct the answer is 1<X<0

-2x < 2x - 4
-2x - 2x < -4
-4x < -4
x > 1 or 1 < x

2x - 4 < 4
2x < 4 + 4
2x < 8
x < 4

I believe it is : 1 < x < 4
