I would say that the sentence which is an example of indirect characterization is the following one:

"Tom's wife was a tall termagant, fierce of temper, loud of tongue, and strong of arm."

The reason why I chose this sentence is because of the word termagant, meaning a violent, overbearing, turbulent, brawling, quarrelsome woman. I hope this helps!!
