x-4y=-4\ \ \ \ |subtract\ x\ from\ both\ sides\\\\-4y=-x-4\ \ \ \ |divide\ both\ sides\ by\ (-4)\\\\y=(1)/(4)x+1\\\\x=-2\to y=(1)/(4)\cdot(-2)+1=-(1)/(2)+1=(1)/(2)\\\\x=4\to y=(1)/(4)\cdot4+1=1+1=2\\\\x=6\to y=(1)/(4)\cdot6+1=1.5+1=2.5
