Yes. Just like the muscles in our bodies, your brain gets tired to. It's good to get a good nights rest. Also, even though it seems you can multitask, our brain was not designed to do so. Therefore, making us tired.

The brain can indeed become tired. this is why when you do alot of studying and homework, you take breaks. Also, this is a major reason why we sleep.
