14 cakes are needed because 832 divided by 60 equals 13.8667 and since it's impossible to get 13.8667 cakes you round the number upwards and you get 14
So 14 cakes are needed!

832/60 = 13.8666.....
The bakery will need to produce
14 cakes.
This is because, assuming they can only produce whole cakes, they will need to produce 14 to ensure that everyone is fed.
