started at 2000....after 6 hrs it grew to 2400...that means in 6 hrs, it grew 400.
6/400 = 16/x ....6 hrs to 400 = 16 hrs to x
this is a proportion, so we cross multiply
(6)(x) = (400)(16)
6x = 6400
x = 6400/6
x = 1066.67 <==
