Determine the conditional relative frequency that a student in the sample is enrolled in painting given that the student is female.

We know that a conditional relative frequency is found by dividing a frequency that is not in the Total column by the frequency's row total. In this case, the numbers of students female and enrolled in painting is 16.

The total column is 84. Hence, the conditional relative frequency is


(16)/(84)=0.19

In percentage, this is equal to 19%.
