x = bracelets
y = necklaces

There are 23 of them in total (necklaces + bracelets)
x + y = 23
bracelets are $2 each and necklaces are $3 each...totaling $55
2x + 3y = 55

The answer to your question is C. I hope this is the answer that you are looking for and it comes to your help.
