you take your number, "2065" find the tens place, "the 6" and round the number in the ones colloum, "5." the "5" is rounded up, which brings the "6" to a "7" and the "5" to a "0" leaving you with the answer, 2070

2 is the thousands place, 0 is the hundreds place, 6 is the tens place, and 5 is the ones place.
2065 rounded to the nearest tenth is 2070.
