The events following that best describes to the Boston Tea Party are this:

The port of Boston had to be closed for weeks after the tea party, due to the bad smell that caused the large amount of tea poured into the port.

In between is the Boston massacre that was due to the tension produced by the military occupation of Boston, when a group of soldiers began firing at a group of nobles who were protesting against the increase in the rates by England.

And it ended with a multitudinous burial, and the beginning of the war of independence of the USA of America, demanding the departure of British troops from the city.

The Boston Tea Party was an event during which crates of tea were thrown from ships into the river at the Boston harbor. This was done as a sign of protest against the British government and initiated the Independence war.
