That's better.

I suppose
y=( √(x) + (1)/( √(x) ) )^2 \\ y'=2*( √(x) + (1)/( √(x) ) )*( (1)/(2 √(x) ) - (3)/(2x √(x) ) )

If x=2 then

y'=2*( √(2) + (1)/( √(2) ) )*( (1)/(2 √(2) ) - (3)/(2*2* √(2) ) )\\ =2* (2+ √(2) )/( √(2) ) * (1)/(4*√(2) ) *(-1)\\ =- (2+ √(2) )/(4)
