Students that do own a cellphone . . . . . 6
Students that don't own a cellphone . . . (24 - 6) = 18
Ratio of (students that do) to (students that do not)
= 8 : 18
=
1/3

so Deborah found 1/4 of the students had a cell phone and so what is left I think it will be this 4:1
