7/10 + 11/30
= (7 x 3)/(10 x 3) + 11/30
= 21/30 + 11/30
= 32/30
= (16 x 2)/(15 x 2)
= 16/15
= 1 1/15

$Make\ a\ common\ denominator:\\\\(7)/(10)+(11)/(30)=\\\\(21)/(30)+(11)/(30)=\\\\(32)/(30)=(16)/(15)=1(1)/(15)$
