-You Have to stretch the painful muscle, lie down, grab your toes and pull your leg (with the contracted muscle) towards you.
- Push the foot up. You can use a towel to do so.
-This stretching should be slow, gradual, gentle and maintained a few minutes. A again until the disappearance of the cramp.

-Massage Gently muscle.
-Drink mineralized water
-Apply warm compresses on the contracted muscle.
