Seek out some ways to try to make you happy. Maybe listen to music that you like, hang out with friends or stick with people who make you genuinely happy. I wouldn't recommend hanging around people or things or listening to things that lighten you up for a short period of time, because then you're going to feel stressed again not too long afterward.
