actually, norepinephrine and adrenaline are very similar, so either can be referred to as a stress hormone, the only differences are where they occur in the body and their chemical makeup.

Adrenaline and Norepinephrine represent a stress hormone. Correct answer: B and D. They are two of the three major stress hormones. The third one is cortisol. Adrenaline is also knoen as the fight or flight hormone, After receiving a message from the brain that a stressful situation has presented itself the adrenaline gland releases this hormone. Norepinephrine is very similar to adrenaline. It functions mainly as a neurotransmitter with some function as a hormone (being released into the bloodstream from the adrenal glands).
