Hi

-3mn + 4m -3 when m =2 and n=-4
-3(2)(-4) + 4(2) -3
-6(-4) + 8 -3
24 + 8 -3
32 - 3
= 29

-3(2)(-4)+4(2)-3=24+8-3=29
