For perpendicular lines, m1m2 = -1 or m2 = -1/m1
Line y = -4x has a slope of -4, hence, required slope is -1/-4 = 1/4
Required equation is y - 6 = 1/4(x - 2)
y - 6 = 1/4x - 1/2
y = 1/4x - 1/2 + 6
y = 1/4x + 11/2
