Required equation is (y - y1)/(x - x1) = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
(y - 6)/(x - 3) = (10 - 6)/(4 - 3)
(y - 6)/(x - 3) = 4/1
y - 6 = 4(x - 3)
y - 6 = 4x - 12
y = 4x - 12 + 6
y = 4x - 6
Required function
f(x) = 4x - 6
