The chemical energy of the C. Reactant is greater than the chemical energy of the products. As this is an energy releasing reaction.

Answer: The chemical energy of reactants is greater than the chemical energy of products.

Explanation: In the given reaction

C_2H_6\rightarrow C_2H_4 + H_2 +137 kJ

It can be seen that the energy has been released. Thus we can say that reactants have converted to products by release of energy. Thus energy of products is less as compared to energy of reactants as some of the energy has been released.
