A dam can be both constructive and destructive force for many resons. A dam can be constructive because some towns rely on it to keep their water from not flowing threw and breaking everything. It can also be a destructive force because if people rely to much on it and it breaks lots of people can die and or get hurt badly.

A dam can be constructive cause it can stop trash from passing through. but it can also be DESTRUCTIVE because it also stops water from passing through causing the water flow to not work as it should.
