(2.632\cdot10^4):(2\cdot10^(-7))=(2.632:2)\cdot(10^4:10^(-7))\\\\=1.316\cdot10^(4-(-7))=1.316\cdot10^(4+7)=\boxed{1.316\cdot10^(11)}
