We are given the point W=(1,7), and we are given the following rule of transformation

(x,y)\Rightarrow(x-7,y+0)

This means that in order to find the transformation of the point we need to substract 7 from the "x" coordinate and add 0 to the "y" coordinate, like this:

\begin{gathered} W^(\prime)=(1-7,7+0) \\ W^(\prime)=(-6,7) \end{gathered}

That is the transformed point.
