If an atom has 3 protons, 3 electrons and 2 neutrons, what is the atom's electrical charge?

The atoms electrical charge would be 0. As the electrical charge is calculated by taking the number of protons and subtracting it by the number of electrons. In this case the result is 0. (3-3).

To know the charge of the atom given, we need to know the charges of the subatomic particles. Protons have positive charges, electrons have negative charges and lastly neutrons have no charges. So, you just have to add these charges up. Therefore, we have, 3 + -3 + 0 = 0, neutral charge for the atom.
