So the problem ask to calculate the cost of C of n DVD's and also identify the situation as discrete or continuous and the best answer among the following choices is in letter D. C=11n; discrete. I hope you are satisfied with my answer and feel free to ask for more

You cannot have half a DVD.
Each DVD (n) is 11$, so therefore, the total cost is
C = 11n; discrete
