What are the degree and leading coefficient of the polynomial

The degree would be the highest exponent & the leading coefficient is the number in front of the variable with the highest exponent.

For example,
5x^2+29x+590 would be a polynomial to the second degree as the highest exponent is
x^2 & 5 as the leading coefficient as it is the number in front of the variable to the highest degree.
