Under the English Westminster model, the highest court of appeals is: D. house of lords Back in the 1700s, the seat position in house of lords can only be given to the nobles in high parliament position and 26 carefully selected bishops by the house.

The appropriate response is the House of Lords. The House of Lords is the second assembly of the UK Parliament. It is autonomous from, and supplements the work of, the chose House of Commons. The Lords shares the errand of making and molding laws and checking and testing the work of the administration.
