The answer is - B. It includes the northern edge of Alaska.

The Pacific Ring of Fire is an uninterrupted chain of volcanoes, intense seismic activity, earthquakes... It is a result of the plate tectonics. In here we have the Pacific tectonic plate surrounded multiple other tectonic plates like the Eurasian, North American, South American, Australian, and also some smaller ones like the Nazca tectonic plate. All of the tectonic plates that are bordering the Pacific plate are continental tectonic plates and have denser crust, which causes submergence of the Pacific plate on all sides. This submergence causes intense seismic activities, most of the active volcanoes in the world are located along the borders of the plates, and this is all 'complimented' with earthquakes on a daily base, also the deepest point of the ocean is located along the western border of the Pacific plate because of the submergence below the Eurasian plate.
