Admittedly, the railroad expansion brought many benefits, however, one of the negative consequences was the forced relocation of Native Americans from their lands giving way to widespread destruction of Native American cultures and ways of life.

I think the impact that the expansion of railroads have on American Indians who lived there is : A. they were displaced from their tribal lands

The rail road construction will disrupt their activities on their territory, which will eventually forced them to another place
