Using Trigonometric ratios concept: SOH CAH TOA
Tangent of theta = Opposite/Adjacent.
where theta is the angle.
Given:
Theta = 30⁰
Opposite = 2.5 meters.
Substituting the values:
Tan theta = 2.5/Adjacent
Tan 30⁰ = 2.5/Adjacent
Adjacent
= 4.33 meters
