Answer: For many entrepreneurs the key to success is the will to do whatever it takes in order to accomplish your goal and to take the risk of failing. After that comes the perseverance. Being patient to see profits, it takes time and hard work.

I interviewed a local talent agency owner and here are her key that she think contribute to her success :

- Understand what the market want
You should understand that sometimes it's a lot better to create a product that consumers want and give it to them rather than creating a product that no one really want and spend money on advertising to attract them

- Never give up
If you thin you can't fulfill your goal, sometimes it's time to change your actions, not your goal
