-14/11 would be classified as a rational number....any number that can be turned into a fraction, or is a fraction, is a rational number....and that includes negative numbers as well.

Integers are whole numbers that can range from negative infinity to positive infinity. Irrational numbers are numbers with repeating ends and have decimals. Rational numbers on the other hand can be positive or negative which can be expressed as fractions. natural numbers are positive integers only. hence, -14/11 is a D. rational number
