What are some of the traits that you believe make a good leader and why?

Honesty and trust are the 2 major keys in my book. You have to be able to trust them and you both have to be honest with each other.

A good leader has to be brave and confident in making his or her decisions for whoever he or she is leading for. They also have to be able to take one for the team and not only be strong but very smart as well.
